The Missoula County Fire Protection Association (MCFPA) was created in the 1980s by representatives of organizations wanting to better collaborate fire- prevention and response. Founding members include Missoula City Fire, Missoula Rural Fire, the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, the USDA Forest Service Lolo National Forest, the Missoula County Emergency Services, local dispatch centers and other volunteer fire districts. JOIN OUR PARTNERSHIP. Fire prevention takes a village !
